4.9. An engine partition - a dismantling order

1. Install the engine at the stand or on a floor.

8.2a the 1,5 l Engine - a view from the party of a gas-distributing belt

8.2g the Engine 2.0L SOHC - a view from the party of a gas-distributing belt

2. Remove all external elements of the engine (8.2a, 8.2b, 8.2v, 8.2g, 8.2d и 8.2e) including: Generator and arms
Elements of system of decrease in toxicity of exhausts Distributor of ignition, wire of high voltage and Thermostat spark plug and cover of the thermostat Water pump
Carburetor and all elements of system of injection of fuel Inlet and final collector Oil filter of Fastening of the engine Coupling and flywheel / drive plate Back plate of the engine
3. If it is necessary, remove a head of the block of cylinders, an oil case and the oil pump.

Camshaft
Head of the block of cylinders
Oil case
Oil pump
Casing of a back epiploon
Pistons and rods
Bent shaft and radical bearings
