4.5. Installation of the piston of the N 1 cylinder
1. Include neutral transfer, put the car on the parking brake, disconnect the central wire from a cover of the distributor of ignition and ground it on the block of cylinders. Remove spark plugs.
4.2 For rotation of a bent shaft put on a head the central bolt of a pulley of a bent shaft and insert the extender into an opening in the internal panel of the left wing (the wheel is removed for descriptive reasons)
|
2. If to take a detached view a gas-distributing belt, the bent shaft rotates clockwise. For rotation of a bent shaft establish a head of a treshchotochny key on the central bolt of a pulley of a bent shaft (4.2). Also bent shaft can be rotated a starter.
4.3a Combine a notch on a pulley (it is specified by an arrow) with a mark T in an adjusting ruler (driving belts and a pulley of the water pump are taken off for descriptive reasons) (the model with the 1,5 l engine is shown)
|
4.3b On some models the adjusting ruler is located on a casing of a gas-distributing belt (the lower casing of a gas-distributing belt is removed for descriptive reasons)
|
3. Rotating a bent shaft, establish a notch on a pulley of a bent shaft opposite to a mark T in an adjusting ruler (4.3a and 4.3b).
4.4 When the piston of the first cylinder is in the provision of VMT at the time of a compression step the runner of the distributor of ignition has to look precisely down (pay attention that on a head of the block of cylinders and the distributor of ignition there are marks designating the provision of VMT for the first cylinder)
|
4. When finding the piston of the first cylinder in the provision of VMT at the time of a compression step the runner of the distributor of ignition has to look (4.4) down and yokes of valves of the first cylinder have to be free and not press on valves. If the runner looks up or yokes are lowered, turn a bent shaft on 360 °.
5. For installation of pistons of other cylinders in the provision of VMT at the time of a compression step, turn a bent shaft clockwise and follow an operating procedure of cylinders.
