Removal
1. Pump out brake fluid from a tank.
2. Lift the car and remove wheels.
Sumitomo supports
3. Remove brake slips from a support.
4. Disconnect a brake hose from a support and close its end.

4.5 At removal of a support of Sumitomo, turn off bolts, the fixing support halves together (And) - turn off fixing bolts of a support (V) and remove a support from the car

5. Turn off two bolts, the fixing support halves together (4.5). Turn off two fixing bolts and remove a support from the car.
All other models of supports

4.6 Turn off a bolt of connection of a banjo (it is specified by an arrow) on models with such connection

6. Disconnect a brake hose from a support and close the end of a hose (4.6).
7. Turn off fixing bolts of a support and remove it.
Partition
8. Clear an external surface of a support alcohol or the cleaning liquid for brakes.

4.9a Clamp Sumitomo support in a vice, turn off bolts, the fixing internal and external halves of a support together and divide them

4.9b the Internal part of a support can be removed from an arm now

9. At a partition of a support of Sumitomo turn off two bolts, the fixing support halves together, then divide them (4.9a). Then remove an arm (4.9b).
10. For extraction of the piston from a support:

4.10a On supports of Sumitomo put a support the piston down and squeeze out the piston compressed air

a) On supports of Sumitomo put a support the party with the piston down on a desktop and squeeze out the piston by means of compressed air (4.10a).

4.10b On supports of all other models, establish a piece of a tree in a support

b) On supports of all other models, install in a support the wooden block or rags (4.10b), then squeeze out the piston by means of compressed air.

4.11 Remove a dustproof cover

11. Remove a dustproof cover (4.11).

4.12 Remove consolidation of the piston from a flute in the cylinder

12. Remove consolidation of the piston from a flute in the cylinder (4.12).

4.13 Unscrew the final screw

13.   Unscrew  the final  screw.  On  supports of Sumitomo remove the finger plug from an arm of a support (4.13). On all other models remove covers and plugs.
14. Clear other elements alcohol or the cleaning liquid of brakes, then dry up them.
15. Examine the piston on existence of scratches or jags and replace it if they are present.
16. Examine the cylinder on existence of scratches, jags or corrosion.
17. Grease the cylinder with pure brake fluid, grease new consolidation of the piston with silicone lubricant or brake fluid and install consolidation in the cylinder.

4.18a On supports where for fastening of a dustproof cover the fixing ring is used, grease the piston with brake fluid. Insert the piston into the cylinder and press it deep into the cylinder

4.18b Establish a cover from above of the piston.

4.18v... then establish a new fixing ring

18. On supports where for fastening of a dustproof cover the fixing ring is used, grease the piston with brake fluid. Insert the piston into the cylinder and press it deep into the cylinder (4.18a). Grease a flute on the piston with silicone lubricant, then establish a dustproof  cover and a fixing ring (4.18b and 4.18v).

4.19a On models without fixing ring of a cover, establish a cover on the lower part of the piston...

4.19b... then install a cover edge in the top flute in the cylinder and lower the piston i the cylinder

19. On other supports grease the piston and edges of a cover of the piston with silicone lubricant, then establish a cover on bottom edge of the piston (4.19a). Install the piston and a cover in the cylinder and install a cover in a flute in the cylinder (4.19b). Then lower the piston deep into of the cylinder.

4.20 On supports of Sumitomo grease arm fingers with silicone lubricant, establish an internal half of a support on an arm

20. On a support of Sumitomo grease with silicone lubricant fingers of an arm of a support and establish an arm on an internal half of a support (4.20).
Put support halves, establish bolts and tighten them till the required inhaling moment.

4.21 On supports of other models grease with silicone lubricant of the plug and fingers, cylinders and edges of rubber covers
