24. Cut off collars and shift a cover (11.24). Make marks in a casing of the tripod and a half shaft, then remove a casing.
25. Wrap up the tripod a rag.

30. Fill a casing with a half of lubricant of a repair kit, and fill with the rest a cover.
31. Install the tripod.
32. Establish a casing.
33. Establish a cover into place and adjust length the CV JOINT (11.19). Establish collars and install a half shaft on the car.
External CV JOINT and cover Removal and partition
34. Remove the internal CV JOINT from a half shaft and disassemble it.
35. At repair of the left half shaft mark the provision of installation of a dynamic damper on a half shaft and remove it.
36. Remove a cover external the CV JOINT.
Check
37. Wash out the internal and external CV JOINT pure solvent and dry up them.

11:38 Wash out and dry up the hinge, then turn a casing of the hinge and examine the surface of bearings on existence of wear tracks or damages - if balls, the internal path or a holder are damaged, replace a half shaft and the external CV JOINT



38. Turn a hinge casing for receiving access to bearings and a holder (11.38). Examine the surface of bearings on existence of wear tracks. If bearings are damaged or worn-out, replace a half shaft.
Assembly
39. Establish a new external cover on a half shaft. Fill the hinge and a cover with lubricant. Establish new collars.
40. On the left half shaft establish a dynamic damper.
41. Clear and assemble the internal CV JOINT, then install a half shaft on the car.
